   • ✦Took Cloudchipr from a two-feature seed-stage tool to a full FinOps platform covering cost visibility, savings automation, commitment planning, and billing analysis across AWS, Azure, GCP, and 25+ SaaS providers by designing the product from 0 to 1. Currently leading its redesign on a shadcn design system
   • ✦Supported enterprise deals where prospects, including Fortune 500 companies, cited UX as a deciding factor in 15+ closed contracts by partnering with founders on live deals and personally running demos and discovery
   • ✦Automated the design workflow by building an agentic pipeline that generates Figma flows from the design system, drafts engineering tickets, updates documentation, and prepares release announcements, and covered 100+ critical product flows with AI-assisted QA

   • ✦Designed Explore, a first-to-market data curation product that became central to the company’s fundraising narrative and supported the $14.5M Series A
   • ✦Reduced front-end customization effort by 6 to 8 times, measured through sprint delivery time and engineering implementation hours, by creating the SuperNova design system and rolling it out across product teams
   • ✦Under my leadership, SuperAnnotate reached the #1 spot in G2’s data labeling category for ease of use, with a 9.6/10 score

   • ✦Designed AEB Bank’s web and mobile banking products from the ground up; roughly 80% of the bank’s ~80,000 customers adopted the new mobile app after launch
   • ✦Delivered InecoPay and Inecobank’s CMS-based public website and improved InecoMobile and InecoWeb for ~150,000 users, gathering requirements directly from bank stakeholders and executives and turning them into product and engineering tickets
   • ✦Designed and rolled out the Dresscode design system, adopted by 80% of existing and 100% of new projects at first measurement and eventually by every team at SFL

   • ✦Designed SkySUITE from 0 to 1, bringing Organizer, Simulator, and Optimizer into a single end-to-end airline scheduling workflow used by airline planning teams. The product was acquired by Amadeus in 2020
   • ✦Led product design for SkyMAX, Southwest Airlines’ schedule optimization product, improving the workflow through usability testing and customer interviews with schedule planners
   • ✦Established the shared design system, interface guidelines, and UI kit across the Sky product family, while introducing new design tools and practices to the team

   • ✦Designed web and mobile experiences for a national EdTech platform connecting about 1,500 schools and about 900,000 students, parents, teachers, and principals
   • ✦Created digital and print campaign materials and developed brand identities as part of the company rebranding
